Our investigation has identified abnormal bulk outbound email activity associated with a hosted account that likely contributed to degraded mail-server reputation. The activity is being contained while our engineering team performs additional validation for any remaining sources. Our automated monitoring has detected that an IP address associated with one of our prometheus.fah-dc3-ds.com hosting server has been added to an external email reputation/blocklist.
Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively investigating the underlying cause. We are reviewing outbound mail activity, hosted services, and security data to identify and eliminate any activity responsible for the listing as quickly as possible.

Microsoft has implemented an update for the IP (205.209.101.99) and this process may take 24 - 48 hours to replicate completely throughout there system.
This should resolve the IP block for @hotmail emails. We will keep monitoring this and providing updates.
